Current Acquisition Mandate
We are currently deploying capital into beachfront acquisitions on the Northern Coast of Crete. We consider two profiles:
Profile A — Apartment building or aparthotel
20 to 80 units. Turnkey assets preferred. Projects at the 70% completion mark considered, provided entry pricing reflects the remaining work.
Profile B — Beachfront hotel for conversion
30 to 60 rooms. Suitable for renovation and immediate operation, with potential for unit-level resale.
For both profiles: beachfront or within 100 metres of the coast. Northern coast of Crete only. Indicative transaction size €2M to €7M. We consider operating assets, vacant properties, and partly-completed projects with clear legal title, we do not consider properties requiring zoning changes or pending major permits. Capable of closing within 60-90 days of due diligence.
